Thanksgiving: Being Thankful & Showing Thanks!
At this time of year we are often so overwhelmed with the personal aspects of our lives. If we’re lucky, we get a chance amidst the chaotic holiday schedule to reflect on how truly fortunate we are, how blessed our family is, the wealth we have in family and friends and how lucky we are to lead happy and healthy lives. I believe these are all crucial parts of being part of society and even more being human. It is important to reflect on all of these things and be truly thankful for them.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
We’re so thankful for you, clients & friends of LMA, and all that you do to enrich our lives. We hope you and your family have a very safe and happy Thanksgiving holiday with your loved ones.
Our Thanksgiving holiday hours are:
Wednesday, November 27th: 8am-12pm
Thursday, November 28th: Closed
Friday, November 29th: Closed
“There is no better opportunity to receive more than to be thankful for what you already have. Thanksgiving opens the windows of opportunity for ideas to flow your way.”
– Jim Rohn

Set the right strategy by exploring your firm’s unique qualities.

You can’t make sound strategic decisions for your organization unless you have a solid understanding of what makes it special and unique. Answer these three fundamental questions:

• What value do you provide customers? This is the reason you’re in business—to fill a need for people that no one else can. Why should people come to you and not the next guy down the road? The answers will let you identify strengths and set priorities more effectively.

• What value do you offer your workforce? If you want to attract and retain good people, you have to offer something other employers can’t. A competitive salary is just the start. Does your atmosphere encourage innovation, creativity, and trust? If not, a few extra dollars in the paycheck won’t buy the loyalty of anyone worth keeping.

• What do you have to do better than anyone else? The first two questions lead naturally to this third one. How can you continue to distinguish yourself from your competitors? How can you measure your success in these areas? Re-examine your answers every few months to make sure you’re staying on top of the trends in your industry.
