Lauren is the President of Lawyers Marketing Associates, a firm dedicated to law firm development, growth and marketing through strategic analysis and planning. She is a North Carolina Native and attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Lauren received her J.D. from Campbell University in 1996. She has spoken at various seminars and webinars on a variety of subjects such as legal marketing, creating a marketing plan & budget, how to brand law firms for market dominance, how to use PR to market your firm, communications and branding, outdoor advertising for lawyers, television buying for lawyers, creating budget through yellow page reduction, and others.
Lauren recently became an “instant grandma” when she married Michael Currin. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys volunteering time and energy for various charities including Easter Seals – United Cerebral Palsy, the Walk for Hope and the Susan J. Komen – Breast Cancer events. Lauren and Michael have an organic farm in Oxford, NC.
